Hi Everyone,
No official post today but wanted you all to know that we made it safely by train to Canberra. We had lunch in the Athlete's Sports Performance dining area and went on a 90 minute tour of the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) facilities. Amelia, a 6'2" netball athlete, showed us around. We are back in our rooms resting as 5:30 am came early this morning to catch the 4 hour train ride here. We did see kangaroos on the range as we traveled through the countryside. They do exist outside of the zoo :)
